Steel Framed Van Bodies
Steel framed vans are generally used in the removal business where large volumes of space are required. By constructing vans with this method we can achieve larger wall heights giving the volume required.
Steel framed vans can be clad in the material of your choice suiting your needs i.e. aluminium, zinc anneal painted or powder coated and color bond pre painted panels. (limited colors)
Steel Framed Van Specs
- Heavy duty steel girder base with RHS cross bearers every 400mm
- [ ]mm steel [chequer]/[smooth] floor
- Steel Frame
- Steel frame and aluminium skinned roof
- Steel frames [ ] clad double rear doors with 3 heavy duty hinges, one camlock and Sealock seals and door retainer to each door
- Camlock protector plates external to each side on the walls
- 240mm high galv. Kick panels each side and front
- Traffic lights to ADR and police regulation
- VSB6 and loading to chassis with mudguards and mudflaps
- Front Clearance lights (where required)
