MonoPan Van Bodies
MonoPan Van Bodies are constructed from a light weight material called Monopan. This material is manufactured under a world wide patent in Germany utilising a secret bonding process in order to join the reinforced woven fibreglass outer skins to a honeycomb polypropylene core.
The bonding method produces a light weight yet extremely strong material that will never delaminate as with some other materials.
OMB has been building with this material since April of 2005 which makes us the Australian leader in construction and design. This is why we can deliver the van to suit your needs and your budget.

MonoPan Van Specs
This is a heavy-duty yet lightweight pan body giving you that extra carrying capacity for your chassis. It also gives you a long lasting life being able to be transferred from chassis to chassis time and time again.
- Steel girder base with cross bearers every 400mm (High Tensile RHS)
- Smooth or chequer plate floor to the thickness you may require
- 30mm MonoPan panel to sides and front
- High tensile extruded alloy radius corners and coamings
- 30mm MonoPan panels double rear doors with heavy duty hinges, camlock and Sealock seals and door retainer to each door
- 235mm high aluminium extruded kick panels each side and front
- Traffic lights to ADR and police regulations

MonoLite Van Specs
This model is a medium duty pan body built to maximise the load carrying capacity of your chassis. In particular this spec of body is utilised mostly by Leasing and Vehicle Hire companies allowing their customers to drive their trucks on a car licence and also giving them the longevity and strength of a Monopan Van.
