Gelpan Van Bodies

  In this hustle and bustle life style we live, sometimes the budget has to be the main focus for business, that is why we have developed the new GelPan range of van bodies.

  GelPan is manufactured using a gel coated fibre glass inner and outer skin bonded to a polypropylene honeycomb core. Although similar products have been in use throughout Australia, OMB has waited until the product has proven itself in the marketplace before endeavouring to construct van bodies with this material.

  Satisfied with the longevity of the product, OMB can now deliver an economical yet strong product for our customers to put to work and earn a living.

The Photo on the left displays the OMB difference. With the cross bearers spaced at 400mm intervals and high tensile RHS tubing utilised on all of our steel floored van bodies, you can be guaranteed a van that will last.

• 20mm GelPan panels double rear doors with heavy duty hinges, camlock and Sealock seals and door retainer to each door
• 235mm high aluminium extruded kick panels each side and front
• Traffic lights to ADR and police regulations
• Loading to chassis with mudguards and mudflaps
• VSB6 compliance and loading to chassis with mudguards and mudflaps
