FRP Van Bodies
Fibreglass reinforced ply, this is what everyone knows as a pan or pantech. Strong and reliable but the heaviest of all the materials used in van construction. Primarily used in the specialist transport industry and lightweight large volume transport, such as bread trucks.
FRP Van Specs(standard)
- Heavy duty steel girder base with cross bearers every 400mm
- Smooth or chequer plate floor to the thickness you may require
- 20mm FRP wall to sides and front
- High tensile extruded alloy radius corners
- Steel framed aluminium skinned roof
- FRP double rear doors with heavy duty hinges, camlock and Sealock seals and door retainer to each door
- Camlock protector plates external to each side on the walls
- 240mm high galv. Kick panels each side and front
- Traffic lights to ADR and police regulations
- VSB6 and loading to chassis with mudguards and mudflaps
- Front Clearance lights (where required)
